Casting ladles are used for pouring operation after receiving the liquid metal from the blast furnace, then transport to the mould site to pour. The ladles produced by our company mainly contain: 0.5-100tons iron ladle, 0.5-100tons ball ladle, 0.5-300tons steel ladle, 0.5-30tons teapot ladle, 50-350kg lifting ladle, 0.1-20tons aluminum ladle.
Foundry ladle gear uses worm gear, safe and reliable. Worm gear tooth is with bronze worm, worm rod with 45#steel quenching. Precision machining and reasonable design avoid “kowtow” phenomenon during using. Adding with special splash protection, efficiently avoids iron water spraying into the gear box. Now all the ladles have realized streamline operation: CNC cutting, CNC welding, special machining, unified standard accessories and professional installation, which have improved our quality significantly.
